Not at all. While my background is rooted in educational leadership and organizational systems, many of the challenges people face, communication, leadership presence, confidence, strategic thinking, and navigating complexity, are universal.

I bring nearly 30 years of leadership experience, executive-level systems thinking, doctoral-level expertise, and a deeply human approach to growth. I believe people need both strategy and honesty, structure and encouragement.

That’s completely normal. Many people come to me feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about their next step. Often our first conversation is simply about identifying what would be most helpful for you in this season.

Because I realized I still have more to say, more to share, and more ways I can help people grow. This space is where leadership, communication, reinvention, strategy, and humanity come together, and where I finally decided to stop waiting until everything felt perfectly planned before putting it into the world.
