About Me
For almost 30 years I have had a singular commitment.
To grow my practice.
To enhance my organization.
To develop leaders.
Welcome to my site where my passions connect with yours.
I’m not even supposed to be here…
Because the truth is, there were many versions of my life that could have unfolded, and this one required courage, reinvention, and belief I didn’t always know I had.
But leadership? That part has always been there.
My mother still tells the story about my kindergarten teacher sharing at a parent conference that my favorite thing to do was finish my own work quickly so I could help everyone else with theirs. Even then, I wasn’t satisfied simply succeeding on my own. I wanted the people around me to succeed too.
That instinct has shaped every season of my life and leadership journey since.
For nearly 30 years, I have pursued excellence not only for myself, but for every student, colleague, team member, and leader entrusted to my care. From classrooms to executive leadership, from doctoral work to organizational strategy, I have built my career around one core belief: leadership is ultimately about impact on people. Because I truly believe my success is measured not by what I accomplish alone, but by the people who are made better from the time they spend with me.
At my core, I’m someone deeply fascinated by people and who loves to build and nurture relationships and culture. I have built my brand on the way in which I support educators and leaders with a deep commitment to understanding how they grow, how they lead, how they communicate, how they recover from hard seasons, and how they reimagine themselves when the version of life they built no longer feels complete.
I earned my Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership and Policy Studies not because I had everything figured out, but because I wanted to better understand the intersection of leadership, systems, influence, and human behavior. Along the way, I’ve coached doctoral students, taught in graduate leadership programs, supported executive teams, and helped leaders navigate both the visible and invisible parts of leadership.
What I discovered is that so many people, whether they are emerging leaders, executives, doctoral students, or professionals in transition, aren’t lacking intelligence or ambition. They’re lacking space. Space to think strategically. Space to process challenges honestly. Space to refine their voice, their vision, and their next step.
That realization is what led me here.
This site is more than a blog or newsletter. It’s a space where leadership, growth, communication, reinvention, and strategy come together in practical and deeply human ways. It’s also where I’ve decided to stop waiting until I have every detail figured out before offering what I know can help others.
Through coaching, consulting, writing, and leadership support, my hope is to help people navigate complexity, lead with greater confidence, and become more fully who they are meant to be.
Because sometimes the next level of growth begins with someone helping you see what’s possible in yourself before you can fully see it on your own.
And maybe that’s why I’m here after all.
